Michael Vucinovich joined Envision in October of 2017 after previously working in the Northern California craft beer industry wanting to pursue a career in the sustainability field. He graduated from the Clark Honors College at University of Oregon in 2014 with degrees in International Studies and Spanish Language. As part of the capstone requirement for the Honors program he spent 3 months working in Bogotá, Colombia with Antea Group, contributing to environmental impact reports. This is where his passion for working on environmental and sustainable projects began. In 2017 he began volunteering with the Environmental Council of Sacramento, which eventually led him to start working with Envision.
Michael currently works on LEED Existing Building: Operations & Maintenance projects and projects pursing certification through the new LEED Arc Performance Pathway. He is passionate about sustainability and is grateful to be working in a field where tangible results can be seen through the LEED certification process.
