Pablo Loayza

Pablo Loayza is a new LEED Consultant here at Envision Realty. Prior to Envision, Pablo collaborated on a USDA-UCD public-private research project that developed an almond-shell plastic composite from diverted landfill wastes. Pablo is a SoCal native and is currently most excited about the environmental possibilities at the nexus of additive manufacturing, local materials, and zero-net energy commercial real estate development.

He is always happy to chat about agriculture, environmental law, LEED and business development. Pablo brings a millennial perspective to our team and has a passion for reading and writing!
